Let’s face it – Most of us have one or several outfits lying in our wardrobes that we’ve worn only once. The thought of wearing the same outfit again in a gathering of friends or family we’ve already worn it with, is a thought that cringes many.

While repeating outfits is now a great step towards the sustainable approach of being, most of would still give it a miss. People like Kate Middleton, Hailey Baldwin, and a few Indian celebs have already hopped on the bandwagon and are repeating outfits like a pro. You ask, how? We’d give you 5 ways and tips on how you can repeat an outfit on different occasions.

Layer it up

Layering your favorite kurta, or the outfit you really invested in, can make more difference that you’d ever think. A wrap, or a long traditional jacket can be worn to keep the look relevant and will also give it a new life!

Add an accessory

Adding accessories like a scarf, a statement necklace, or even a pair of chunky earrings can entirely change a look. A kurta, or an Anarkali for example, can look absolutely different when styled with a pair of hoops, a hair-do, and heels. It will look like a whole different ensemble with statement earrings, braid, and juttis.

Go contrasting

A contrast element like a dupatta can do much change to giving your outfit a visual difference. Go creative and try to pick something which is on the opposite side of the colour wheel. That way you can colour block and give a great new spin on an existing outfit.
