Q2. What is your Return Policy?
We offer 30 Days Return/Exchange Policy. Only items which have not been worn and are in its original packing or are damaged are returnable. We will pay for the return shipping if it is our fault. Custom made products cannot be returned. Unfortunately jewelry & Accessories are not returnable. Q4. I would like to order that saree which was showing out of stock could you please reply?
The saree is currently not in stock with us. However, we can check with the designer if they have a ready piece available with them.

Q5. What is the price in dollars?
We have a option of selecting the desired currency that you want on the extreme left hand top side of the website. You can select dollars in that and then all the products prices will be reflected in dollars itself.
Q6. I want to know if the product looks exactly the same as the picture?
The product will look exactly like the picture in most cases .However there could be a slight variation in the colour sometimes because of photography.
Q7. Will i get full refund in case i don’t like the material?
Unfortunately no refund can be given if the customer does not like the material as the material used in each of the product is mentioned clearly in the description. So the customer is fully aware of the material of the product before purchasing it.

And once you friend makes a purchase using the code to avail the discount you are eligible to get a 11 % off on your next purchase on our website. However this code can only be used once. Your friend cannot avail discount more than once using the code. Also you cannot refer yourself in this scheme to avail the discount.
