You can return within 15 days of the product being delivered.
The return charges from USA to India would be $49 per product to be borne by the customer.
Accessories, bags, blouses and footwear are non-returnable.
Sarees with stitched blouses are also non-returnable.
Customized & personalized products are non-returnable.

Who pays for shipping and what are the return charges?

For orders above US $99, we offer free shipping.
A minimal charge of US $9.95 is applied for orders below US $99.
The return charges from USA to India would be $49 per product to be borne by the customer.

When will I get my refund?

You will get your refund in 25-30 days.
Please Note: Once the product has been dropped at our courier partner’s office, it takes 20-25 working days for the product to reach our warehouse in India. It then goes under Quality Check to ensure it is in original condition with all labels & tags intact. As soon as this process is completed, the refund will be initiated in your account within 48 hours.
