  1. What can I return?

    • You may return any item purchased from KALKI Fashion that was ready to ship and in unused condition or any item that was damaged upon receipt.

    • Made-to-order products, Customised styles, kids' wear, jutties, blouses & accessories are non-returnable.

  2. Who pays for shipping and what are the return charges?

    • Shipping is free within and outside India.

    For orders delivered within India - FREE Returns

    For orders delivered in US - Reverse pick up charges - $40 Per Item

    For orders delivered in rest of the countries - Customers will be responsible to ship the product back to us with tracking details at Customer will be liable to pay the return shipping and customs charges which is non-refundable.

  3. Are there any duties and taxes?

    For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST.

    For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees or local/VAT taxes. Kalki Fashion will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs.

  4. When will I get my refund?

    • We will initiate a refund once the product is received back in our warehouse

  5. How can I claim my return?

    • We will accept returns whithin 15 days

    • For returns/exchanges requests kindly login to your account, click "My Returns/ Exchanges" and select the order number and place a request (check steps to claim at the bottom). Our Service Manager will revert back to you within 24 hours’ time.

    • You can also return/exchange at our Kalki stores in Mumbai, India.

  6. How much time the refund takes?

    • Refund is processed once the product is delivered back to our warehouse and quality check is done.

    • Refunds usually take 8-10 working days.

    • Refund can also be provided in the form of store credit on Demand

  7. Can I return in store and get it exchange?

    • Yes, you can return in store and get it exchange. You will need to raise a return/exchange request on the website (steps mentioned at the bottom). Just mention in comment section which store you will be returning it to.

  8. Product purchased online can be picked up in store?

    • Yes, products purchased online can be picked up at any nearest Kalki Fashion store located in Mumbai. One should intimate us ( ; the exact date when they need to pick up, so accordingly we can arrange in store.

  9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?Product purchased online can be picked up in store?

    • Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed and the acknowledgement has been sent.

  10. How to raise a return request:

    1. Kindly login to your registered account with Kalki Fashion and hover to your account and click on ‘My Return’.

    2. Select the order number which you want to process return/exchange request for and click on ‘Return’.

    3. Kindly fill all the mandatory details and upload the images for a quick resolution. After all the details are filled, click on ‘Submit’.

    4. You will get a confirmation message saying the “RMA request has been sucessfully created”. We will revive the order with the reason mentioned by you and take the next appropriate action.
