By placing an order through KalkiFashion.com, our customer support, or at any of our stores, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Kalki Fashion Pvt. Ltd. All payments are to be made in favor of Kalki Fashion Pvt. Ltd. Proceeding with a purchase indicates that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.


Order Process:


When you find a product you’d like to purchase, select your size and click on ‘Add to Cart’ to proceed.
 Please note that some products may offer two different kinds of sizing options for your convenience:
 a) Standard Measurement
 b) Custom Measurement or Specific Sizes

a) Standard Measurement :-

Based on the chest size you provide, the waist and hip measurements will be auto-calculated for alterations.

If you choose the Standard Measurement option, the delivery timeline is shorter, and we will make every effort to dispatch your order by the estimated date mentioned on our website.

b) Custom Measurement or Specific Sizes :-

  • Choosing the Custom Measurement option or specific sizes may place your order under the Made-to-Order (MTO) category, which can extend the dispatch timeline to 30+ days.

  • The estimated delivery date will be confirmed once we have received your measurement details and after successful placement of the order.

  • Custom sizing ensures a more tailored and precise fit for your chosen product.

  • Kindly specify whether your provided measurements are for a Regular Fit or a Comfort Fit to help us tailor it accordingly.


  • Please note, additional charges may apply for custom measurements or specific sizes.


1. Regular Fit - Garments will be tailored exactly as per provided measurements.

2. Comfort Fit - Garments will be tailored with +2 inch or +5 cm loosening (whichever unit is selected).


For women, usually the sizes US 0, US 2, and US 14 onwards may fall under the MTO category.

For men, usually the size 36 and then size 44 onwards may fall under the MTO category.

However, the above size list for MTO is not exclusive, and based on the stock availability, some other sizes might also be available under the MTO category.


Reviewing Your Shopping Cart: 

To view the items in your cart, click on the ‘Shopping Cart’ icon located at the top right of the page. If you wish to remove an item, simply click the ‘Bin’ icon or select the ‘Remove’ option found below the product’s total price.


Proceeding to Checkout:

Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to finalize your order.

Please make sure to enter a valid email address, as we will send you an order confirmation and subsequent order update emails there.


Payment Options (on website / app):

  1. Online Payment:
    Pay securely via PayPal using Visa, MasterCard, American Express debit/credit cards and many other supported payment methods.



Shipping and Delivery:

We deliver across US and offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

  • Within India: Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations/pin codes within India for order values up to ₹18,000.

  • US Orders: A shipping fee of $29 applies for orders below $149 USD. Orders above $149 USD qualify for free shipping.

  • International Orders (Other than US): Shipping charges vary by country. Please refer to the bottom of the page for details on shipping charges.


Order Cancellation:

Any cancellation after order placement, is at the sole discretion of the Kalki Fashion team, and if approved, refunds will be issued as a store credit voucher or a coupon code which can be utilised towards any future purchase

Customized Products/Orders:

We offer customization for colour and size changes, subject to fabric availability.
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Please note, no discounts apply to customization charges.


FaceTime Orders:

Orders placed during a FaceTime call cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

No discounts apply to products purchased through these channels.

Returns or refunds are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect.

Please note: Accessories purchased via FaceTime are non-returnable.


Fabric, embroidery, fit & finish quality:

At KalkiFashion, we take pride in delivering products of the highest quality, designed to exceed your expectations.

Please note, most product images on our website are captured under professional studio lighting, which may cause slight variations in color when compared to the actual product you receive.


Order delay / cancellations due to delay:

Due to the complexity of production, there may be rare instances where a product does not meet the expected output, in which case we will contact you for approval. This may lead to a delay in your order.

If our garment construction experts find discrepancies in the measurements provided, we will reach out to verify them, and the time taken for re-confirmation may also cause delays.

Please note, once the garment construction process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.


Refunds:

During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns may be slightly delayed.

Products purchased during or on Sale will not be eligible for refunds

At no point of time, we would issue refunds, more than the product value.
