Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across US and offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

• Within India: Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations/pin codes within India for order values up to ₹18,000.
• US Orders: A shipping fee of $29 applies for orders below $149 USD. Orders above $149 USD qualify for free shipping.
  
• International Orders (Other than US): Shipping charges vary by country. Please refer to the bottom of the page for details on shipping charges.

Customs & import duties (International):

All of your KALKI orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses across India to your provided shipping address via ATLANTIC / DHL / FEDEX / UPS depending on the delivery location. Due to the nature of international shipping, there might be circumstances where you may be required to pay additional express shipping charges, tariff charges, import/custom duties, and taxes imposed by the US Government.

However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs/tariff charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.

Buyers are required to provide all necessary details, such as SSN, EIN, or ITIN, if requested by local customs authorities or courier partners. This helps ensure smooth delivery, prevents tax-related issues, and confirms the parcel reaches the rightful recipient.

Once all the documentation required is provided, the shipment is then released and promptly delivered to its destination.

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, an order successful message along with your order number will appear on your screen, and you will also receive a confirmation email. If there are any issues in processing your order, we will get in touch with your directly or notify you by email.

There will be a ‘View Order Status’ option highlighted in black at the bottom end of the confirmation email, which can be clicked at any point of time to gather further information about your order.

For Made-to-Order (MTO) products, you will receive automated email updates every 3–4 days, informing you about the current stage of your product.

Order Shipment:

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the courier partner’s name and your tracking/AWB number. You can use this number on the courier’s official website or app (if available) to track your order.

Order Delivery:

The estimated delivery time for each product, whether Ready-To-Ship (RTS) or Made-To-Order (MTO) or Home Production (HP) is mentioned on its product page. We recommend reviewing these dates before proceeding to checkout. Also, there might be an additional delay in delivery if the location of the address is remote or difficult to reach.

Please note that the estimated delivery date may vary depending on the size selected, as certain sizes may fall under the Made-to-Order (MTO) category.

For women, usually the sizes US 0, US 2, and US 14 onwards may fall under the MTO category.

For men, usually the size 36 and then size 44 onwards may fall under the MTO category.

However, the above size list for MTO is not exclusive, and based on the stock availability, some other sizes might also be available under the MTO category.

Change in Shipping Address:

If you notice an error in the shipping address provided at checkout or want to change it completely, please contact our customer support team right away via email at info@kalkifashion.com, live chat, or phone (+1 (408) 520-9415) within 24 hours of order placement. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to update the address or redirect the shipment.

Damaged Product or Packaging:
If your product arrives damaged or packaging seems to have been tampered with, please contact our customer support team right away via email at info@kalkifashion.com, live chat, or phone (+91 (22) 4890 0416) within 24 hours of receiving it.

Miscellaneous:

If the delivery/shipping address provided is unclear or incorrect, the package may be held at the courier’s delivery hub or returned to our Kalki warehouse, resulting in reverse shipping and duty charges which are to be borne by the customer solely.

Annual Sale:

The products ordered during our Annual Sale cannot be cancelled once an order is placed.

Discount coupon code is not applicable during the Annual Sale or on Sale Products.

Customized Products/Orders:

We offer customization for colour and size changes, subject to fabric availability.Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.Please note, no discounts apply to customization charges.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, custom fees, or local taxes that may apply to their purchase.
